There is something incredibly powerful about a room full of women choosing to invest in themselves.

Sunday wasn't just about listening to speakers. It was about creating a space where women could reconnect with their voice, embrace their journey and be reminded that healing, growth and purpose are all possible.

It was an honour to share a conversation about trauma, healing and the incredible capacity we all have to grow when we feel safe, seen and understood.

A huge thank you to @beyondnatashalee for creating such a beautiful and empowering space for women to learn, connect and inspire one another. Your vision and passion shone through every detail of the event, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of it.

Here's to more conversations that challenge us, encourage us and remind us that our stories don't define us—our healing does.

I'm so excited to be joining Beyond Natasha Lee's Becoming Her Brunch as a guest speaker. 💕✨

When Natasha invited me to speak, my answer was an easy yes.

As the founder of The Rooted Tree, I spend my days supporting children, families, professionals and organisations to understand the power of relationships, healing and growth. But before any of that, I'm simply someone who has learnt that becoming the person you're meant to be often requires courage, resilience and a willingness to keep growing through life's challenges.

At this event, I'll be sharing my journey, the lessons I've learnt through both my personal and professional experiences, and why investing in yourself is never a luxury—it's a necessity.

I'm looking forward to an afternoon of honest conversations, meaningful connections and a room full of women choosing growth over fear, purpose over perfection, and progress over comfort.

A huge thank you to @BeyondNatashaLee for creating spaces where women can learn, connect and inspire one another. It is an honour to be part of your vision.

If you're looking for an afternoon that will leave you feeling empowered, encouraged and inspired, we'd love to see you there.

💗 See you on 5th July.

Spent the evening at @thelittlevioletdoor in Soho celebrating the launch of @missguidedbeauty’s latest fragrances, Sunset Babe and Tokyo Babe, and what a vibe it was. ✨

Great music, fun cocktails, lovely people, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you wish the night would go on a little longer. 🌴🍹

While both scents are gorgeous, Sunset Babe was the clear winner for me. It’s giving beach days, sun-kissed skin, spontaneous getaways, and watching the sunset with nowhere else to be. The kind of fragrance that instantly puts you in holiday mode from the first spray. 🌅

If you’re on the hunt for a new scent to see you through summer, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Huge thanks to the team at Missguided Beauty for such a fun evening and for letting us be among the first to experience the new collection. 🤍
