Todays workout is done and in the books! Did a nice lil three plus miler and 7 sets of 25 leg lifts. Tomorrow gonna increase to 4 miles hopefully and continue with the Ab work which after two sets I begin to like. I am afraid to change it up though because I have gotten so used to the leg lifts! I know that means it’s time! I will soon
Lastly I found a new black owned bakery in Wisconsin Yall! Go follow her!

My birthday celebrations have come to a close, and I want to thank every single person who showed up, and showed out for me. Not only was this month my birthday month, it was the anniversary of my move to Florida — just chock full of emotions okay? I’m literally crying typing this out — don’t FUCKING JUDGE ME.

I first, want to thank @nicole__ for hopping on a last minute flight and coming to see me. I want to thank you for being patient, for listening to me, for calling me out when I needed it, and being remarkable in every sense possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better friend. I love you dearly, and will never, ever, forget this gesture.

Secondly, I’d like to thank @this_isme_em, we met just 6 months ago, but you have been an amazing coworker turned friend. You love me at my ugliest (and since we work together, for 10 hours a day, you KNOW what my ugliest looks like) and at my brightest! You’ve fed me, offered me shelter, and have even taken out my DIRTY ass 2 month faux locs😂 You drove an hour and a half to a venue I just HAD to have brunch at and you didn’t complain, not once lol.

Thirdly, I’d like to thank @jus_me_cici. You are always a pleasure be around, to laugh and joke with, and I feel comfortable with you, enough to be my truest self. I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for our friendship. Who knows, you may get me into Florida music😂

Fourthly, I’d like to thank @beyondsweetllc — you are an angel, and you have a gift! I was so inconsistent with reaching out & finalizing details which is largely grounds for assuming I was BS’ing. But you bared with me, you followed up, and you made exactly what I asked for, but better. I’m obsessed with my cake, your work, and look forward to working with you in the future! That darn cake is freaking delicious!

Fifthly (is this a word?), I’d like to thank @blachlydidit for making my vision a reality! You are solid, consistent, thorough and a perfectionist. I knew I could rely on you to slay my birthday hair! I can’t wait to see how far you go babygirl, you deserve it.

Finally, I’d like to thank @asj519 for helping me match foundation ON FACETIME. I love you girl, fr!

Transparency Post ⚠️
If you know me i consider myself to be a pretty private person when it comes to expressing my feelings. However...i don’t mind sharing this ☺️

First saw this MAN in 2008 and fell in love at first sight...i didn’t even know his name lol (my friends thought i was crazy). Well fast forward... we went our separate ways & lived our lives for 12yrs.

But...LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT GOD’s TIMING 🗣
Both of us coming out of long term relationships...we ran into each other one night and since then he has showed me the kind of love i never knew i needed. And without having to ask he promised me my fairy-tale ending 💕

So in turn... I gave him a birthday to remember: A surprise birthday gathering with friends, with a chef, lots of food (lil greedy), liquor & a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 🏝

I’ll spare y’all the details but I am at PEACE & HAPPY! I just wanted to share a snippet! I wish this kind of love & happiness on everyone !
