😍It’s #moodboardmonday and we’ve got a thing for taking all those 🗯disconnected dots of ideas in your mind and connecting ‘em for you with✨fly visuals, like👆🏾this aesthetic we created for our boys’ boutique client, @shop.blox. We were aiming for a modern, playful + bold look. What vibes are we giving?

🌤👆🏾This was today’s “office.”😂😂 I think many parents (🤔or maybe it’s just me🥴) have a tendency to use their kids as their excuse for why they don’t do the things they know they’re made for. 🤷🏾‍♀️“I don’t have time to write my book.” 🤷🏾‍♀️“I don’t have time to start my business.” 🤷🏾‍♀️“I don’t have time to workout.” “I don’t have time to...” ...you get it.😉 Mamahood has demanded a whole ‘nother level of discipline that I didn’t know I LACKED😩😂And honestly, I’m truly tired of talking about all the things I wanna or am gonna do, and I’m going for it—scared, but showing up, nonetheless. 🗣THERE AIN’T NO PERFECT TIME TO DO THE DANG THING! So if this is you too, here’s ya sign: MAKE the time!⏰ You’re not Sweet Brown, so that whole ✋🏾“ain’t nobody got time for that” spiel ain’t gonna cut it 😂😂 I pray purpose keeps nagging at you to let it out, keeps clawing at your soul until you get tired of caging God’s vision of you. I pray your stalling in the name of not having time—which is probably just fear anyway—shifts to look like you choosing small steps of faith toward whatever the thing is for you, and you do whatcha gotta do to MAKE the time.💪🏾 🙋🏾‍♀️What’s the thing you keep telling yourself you don’t have time to do? #preachingtomyself

👆🏾👆🏾this question has been on 🔄repeat in my head since we’ve been talking about the 💭damaging thoughts of self-comparison lately in our #CrushingComparison series. i used to 😒envy the younger me + all the freedom she seemed to have. but this question reminds me that comparison is biased⚖️—it only shows you the 🔮enviable parts of someone’s story (even your own).⁣ ⁣ i’d HATE for you to keep comparing the old you to the current you + for you to feel like 😞you’re not good enough. that’s why i created this space⚡️, to be the other voice in the back of your head that says 🗣you are a work in progress that’s worth celebrating! 🎉⁣ ⁣ tell me👇🏾: when you look at the old you, what do you see?

i used to believe i was better off 🤐quiet, better off unseen, even to the point that i thought the world was better off without me. but there’s somethin’ ⚡️powerful about having the audacity to no longer play small, to defy that voice in the back of your head that constantly chants, “who do you think you are?”⁣ ⁣ but these words remind me that my voice, my gifts, my presence in this world MATTERS. 💖+ yours does too. that’s why i created @livingworthyco, 💪🏾arm women with the tools to grow in their faith, confidence + purpose so they can live the lives they were made for.⁣ ⁣ 🔥what’s a quote that gets you fired up? . . 📝words by @arielleestoria 🖋design by me @beyondtheblvd

what’s the #1 thing that makes you feel UNWORTHY? before + even after following jesus, i believed that i was utterly unworthy—that god couldn’t, shouldn’t + wouldn’t FULLY love + embrace me. but the enemy of our souls wants us to focus on all the reasons why we can’t approach god so we’d never expect him to actually show up. but you know what👏🏾changed👏🏾the👏🏾game👏🏾for👏🏾me? my mind shifting to WHO my worthiness comes from! 💁🏾tell me: what’s blocking you from believing you’re worthy?? ➕ 📺check out ep.1 of the #livingworthypodcast on IGTV/youtube if ya haven’t already!😉
