You don’t need a complicated plan. You need three things:

✅ Protein
✅ Movement
✅ Strength training

That’s it. Simple, basic, doable.

No fancy rules. No confusing science. Just the basics, done every week.

Follow me for more simple tips that make sense.

Want to know where to start? DM me “START” and I’ll point you in the right direction. 💬

Standalone 10k what an event!

We’ve been one of the sponsors for a few years now and it really is one of those events that makes Letchworth such an amazing place!

Thank you @north_herts_road_runners for organising and all of the volunteers on the day!

It was great to see so many customers and familiar faces enjoying (partially) the run 🏃 🏃‍♀️

Did you run? How did you get on? Did you enjoy the bypass?

I’m 59, and I’m leaner and stronger now than I was at 39.

Not because I found a magic pill. Not because I was “lucky” with the menopause. I went through peri and post just like you.

I did it by keeping it simple:
💪 Protein
🚶‍♀️ Movement
🏋️‍♀️ Strength training

No scales. No tape measure. No complicated rules. Just showing up and getting stronger.

So if you’ve been telling yourself it’s too late, or that your body just “doesn’t work like that anymore”… stop. You can.

If you’re ready to feel strong again, I am running a 7 day free challenge starting on Monday. DM me ‘READY’ and I will send you the link.

Let’s put two fingers up to the menopause together ✌️

Letchworth 5k

The sun shone and the crowds came!
So many generations of runners came together in the town centre for the 10th Letchworth 5k. Thank you to everyone who took part.

And special thanks to our partners @north_herts_road_runners @albon_financial_planning @john_oconner_gm_ & @sigmasports

Head to the news page on our website for more pictures of the day and the video from @bezza_visuals

Cardio isn’t the answer, ladies. 👀

Don’t get me wrong, it’s brilliant for your heart, your brain and your mental health. Keep walking, keep moving.

But if you’re over 50 and want to feel stronger, leaner and more confident in your body, hours on the cross-trainer won’t get you there.

Pick up the bloody weights. 🏋️‍♀️

I’m 59, I’ve been through the menopause, and strength training changed everything for me.

My FREE 7-day challenge starts on 28 September. Comment or DM me WEIGHTS and I’ll send you the link to join. 💪

What a brilliant event! 🏃👏

We were proud to sponsor the Letchworth 5K with our banners at the finish line to welcome the runners home!

A big thank you to North Herts Runners and Love Letchworth for organising such a great event, and to We Do Yoga for getting everyone warmed up.

Excited to see the pics @bezza_visuals took!

It’s lovely to support an event that brings the local community together. Well done to everyone who ran!

Skipping breakfast. Tiny lunches. Saying no to dinner out.
And the scales still won’t budge. 🙃

Sound familiar?

When you’re in the menopause, eating less and less isn’t the answer. It often makes things worse. Your body needs enough food, and especially enough protein, to build muscle, recover and keep you feeling like yourself.

Starvation doesn’t change your body. Strength does.

That’s why I keep it simple with PMS 👇
💪 Protein
🚶‍♀️ Movement
🏋️‍♀️ Strength training

My lunch today was:
2 eggs 🥚
150g of prawns 🦐
100g of Rice 🍚
50g of spinach 🥬

No fad diets. No cutting out everything you love. Just the midlife basics that actually work.

If you’re tired of eating like a bird and getting nowhere, comment “PMS” and I’ll send you details of how I can help.

💪 Protein

🏋️‍♀️ Strength training

No faddy diets. No punishing yourself. Just simple habits that work for women over 50.

12 weeks from now, you could be walking into that party feeling fabulous in your dress.

DM me “DRESS” and I’ll send you the details on how to get started.

What an amazing Summer in Letchworth.

All the summer activities for the Summer of Fun are funded by the wonderful town centre businesses. Thank you to everyone who joined us across the 6 weeks. And good luck to those going back to school this week and next! ☀️
