Puppy cuddles, light yoga, and a whole lot of smiles! 🐶🧘‍♀️

@azpuppyyoga is bringing a fun, feel-good experience to North Phoenix. Guests enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga class while adorable puppies play, explore, and cuddle around the room. Not into yoga? That is completely okay.

Many guests come just for the puppies!

Classes are perfect for friends, families, coworkers, birthdays, team-building events, and anyone looking for something fun and different to do close to home.

The experience also gives puppies gentle socialization with new people, sounds, movement, and positive handling in a safe, supervised setting.

AZ Puppy Yoga also gives back. For every two fully booked classes, they help provide a spay or neuter surgery for a local rescue dog. ❤️

Julie’s car came back looking like it just rolled off the lot. 🔥

This is what a coating actually does. Deeper gloss, water that beads right off, and a real barrier between your paint and everything Arizona throws at it. Easier washes too.

Huge thanks to Julie for the trust. 🤝

One of the questions I’ve been getting a lot lately is about this viral cottage cheese wrap recipe, so I decided to make it myself.

I have to admit—it really is good! But it’s also a perfect example of how one simple ingredient swap can make a recipe much healthier.

For someone who is working to manage thier blood pressure, using regular cottage cheese can add a significant amount of sodium. Instead, I swapped it for Friendship Dairies No Salt Added Low Sodium Cottage Cheese. @friendshipdairies

With that one change, the recipe becomes much more heart-friendly while still providing the high protein that makes this wrap so popular. It’s a great reminder that nutrition isn’t about giving up the foods you enjoy—it’s about making smarter ingredient choices that support your health. 🥑💚 #friendshipdaries #cottagecheese

Anthem friends, I'm coming to YOU 🚗

I’m so excited to be part of Julie Whitman’s Annual Closet Cleanout & Artisan Pop-Up Market again this year!

Last year was such a fun event — and to everyone’s surprise, my sourdough sold out faster than anyone expected. So this year… we’re going bigger. 🥖

To make sure you don’t miss out, I’ve added a special event preorder link so you can reserve your favorite sourdough goodies ahead of time and simply pick them up at the market on Sunday, March 22.

Come shop boutiques, support local artisans, and grab some fresh sourdough while you’re there.

📅 Sunday, March 22
⏰ 1:00–4:00 PM
📍 2644 W. Shinnecock Way
Phoenix, AZ 85086
(located within Anthem County Club)

I can’t wait to see you there!

These 3 carat total weight diamond drop earrings catch the light beautifully with every movement. The hinged design allows the diamonds to move just enough to create a stunning shimmer from every angle.✨️
