If you feel this message, pull up. The doors are open for growth, for healing, for change.

One of the ways I’m changing the world and helping my commUNITY is thru LUVE 💙🩷through energy, education, elevation, Empathy and Understanding

It hurts to know that 7 out of 10 men can’t do 20 push-ups. That’s not just a fitness issue it’s a community crisis.
We’re being broken down:
• By bad food
• By toxic energy
• By a lack of knowledge
• By systems that don’t want us strong mentally, physically, or spiritually.

That’s why I use health, exercise science, education, and the consistent occurrence of LUVE to build my people back up.

This is more than reps and sets; it’s resistance against what’s trying to break us.
It’s healing.
It’s empowerment.
It’s legacy.
