2025 asked me to slow down, to trust quiet seasons, and to let go of what no longer fit. From that, I learned to embrace intuitive creativity, to honor the moments in between, and to trust that creating space is part of the process.
I let go—physically and emotionally—finding clarity in what’s truly meaningful. In family and love, I learned that change is natural, and gratitude softens every transition. I nurtured curiosity, stepped into growth, and found home in the people and places that bring belonging.
To all of you who supported me—whether by collecting art, sharing kind words, or simply being present—thank you. Your support is my foundation, and I’m walking into what’s next with deep gratitude.💛💫🍃

Twenty Three!
As your mom, watching you grow over these 23 years has been one of my greatest privileges. The way you move through life with kindness, awareness, and a quiet strength, continues to inspire me. You speak your truth, set your boundaries, and still lead with such heart. I’m endlessly proud of the man you’ve become and grateful every day that I get to be your mom.
Happy Birthday, Ash💫💛🌙

$On January 3, 2021 I boarded a flight to go to work with a broken heart — I don’t love to talk about these things but I’ve had my share of tragic “Almosts”… and some years it happens more than others (ahem, 2021). It seems whenever my heart is fractured, I get on a plane - either by choice or because my work schedule demands it; I’ve spent way too much time staring out plane windows hoping the shift in perspective will distract me into feeling better, that whatever is “over there” will magically fix the bruises. @bflander1 - a long time colleague but casual acquaintance - didn’t know any of this and as I boarded that flight feeling exceptionally sad, a text popped up with an offer to work for her guiding trips for her company @twodogtraveltours and suddenly, I had something to be excited about again. What broken heart? I already knew I’d be okay and I’d get over the dumb boy I’d wasted too much time on, but I also knew that a chance to spend more time in Europe would be a sweet balm for my tired heart… But here’s the thing: Traveling can do a lot of things but it can’t (and won’t) solve everything - inevitably you have to return home, face the music, face your fears, face yourself, and adapt to whatever life is *still* there. As a serial escapist and professional distractor, I know this. I also know that time is the only answer to most questions and I hold on to hope that distance can help make it all make more sense. Travel is important, but we all must go home eventually. This is good— this is part of the human experience. Becky, thank you for this unforgettable trip and giving me the ultimate first taste of Greece. Thank you for letting me be fully myself — messy hair, late nights, bad jokes and all — and entrusting me with your clients. I am so thankful to get to learn from you and so grateful for your perfectly timed text that has given me Greece, and beyond. ευχαριστώ ❤️$
