A room full of women having conversations that matter. 🩵

About our relationships with food, money, movement, ourselves, and the people around us. About building lives that feel as good as they look.

This is exactly why I wanted to create BECOMING HER: The Conversation. Not another event where we leave inspired for a day, but a space to connect, reflect, and have the conversations we don’t always make time for.

Thank you to every woman who showed up, shared her perspective, and made this room what it was. To our panelists, vendors, and partners, thank you for believing in the vision.

We’re just getting started.

The People Behind the Experience. ✨

Great experiences don't happen alone. They're built through collaboration, shared vision, and people who believe in creating something bigger than themselves.
Today, we're shining a very special spotlight on our COLLABORATING PARTNER, Buffalo ProFit!

When the vision for The Expansion Reset began taking shape, we knew we wanted to create more than just another event.
We wanted to create an intentional experience where women could step away from their everyday responsibilities, pour back into themselves, connect with one another, and feel genuinely appreciated.

And through our collaboration with Buffalo ProFit, that vision became a reality! From bringing ideas together to helping create an experience filled with wellness, connection, community, and celebration, this partnership was an important part of making The Expansion Reset what it was.

Collaboration isn't about who gets the credit. It's about what we can accomplish when we come together.

We don't have to compete to create something extraordinary. Sometimes, the greatest opportunities come from choosing to collaborate.

Two brands. One shared vision. An experience worth remembering. ✨
Here's to more meaningful partnerships, more unforgettable experiences, and more opportunities to bring our community together!

What a Sunday! 🤎 We’re still feeling so grateful for the incredible energy, smiles, movement, and connection we shared at our Autumn Reset.

From the workout to the amazing local vendors, recovery experiences, treats, gift bags, and all the conversations in between, it was such a special morning. 🤎

We are SO thankful to everyone who came out and spent part of their Sunday with us, and to every vendor who helped make the event so special. Our Studio 14 and Buffalo community continues to amaze us, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have you along for the ride.
