I think I’m officially the China Plug now! 🇨🇳 Met with my supplier from China this morning, and we’re already planning the next shipment! First it was windows and doors, now we’ve got multiple items coming in the next container! 🚢

Y’all thought unloading that first 40ft container in 2 hours was crazy? Just wait!

Building custom isn’t easy, but watching this home rise above the trees hits different. Every challenge has been worth it.😩

We’re wrapping up framing on the 1st floor and getting ready to start the 2nd floor. By the time it’s complete this home will have 8,200 square feet under roof.

I was honestly shocked when Brandy came to me and said she wanted to film content for Lawrence Builders.

Well, here it is — her very first video.

In this video, she takes you behind the scenes of our custom home and shows what it takes to build a house of this scale. From the elevated piers to the thousands of CMU blocks, there’s a lot more that goes into a custom home than most people realize.

Drop a comment and let Brandy know how she did on her first Lawrence Builders video! 👇
