THE KALO COLLECTION IS NOW LIVE. 🌿

Planted in the earth, raised in the lo‘i, passing knowledge to the next generation. This limited edition collection was designed to celebrate the kalo and its legacy.

In the Hawaiian tradition of kūkaʻina ʻohana, older siblings have a responsibility to guide, support, and nurture younger generations. This spirit of mentorship reflects BGCH’s commitment to empowering keiki through positive relationships, meaningful guidance, and opportunities to reach their full potential.

HAWAIʻI NEEDS CLUB KIDS. CLUB KIDS NEED YOU. 💙🙌🏾

Over the past two days, young leaders from Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Maui, and Molokaʻi came together to strengthen their voices, connect with legislators, and advocate for the issues that matter most to them. 💪🏽📣

From restoring water in Lahaina to creating safer streets on Oʻahu’s west side, our teens are identifying challenges in their communities and taking action to create change. They’re not just preparing to lead our future — they’re leading today🗣️✨

Because of our Club Kids, we are INSPIRED. We are HOPEFUL. We believe in what’s possible. 💙

Mahalo nui to everyone who helped make our first-ever Civic Engagement Conference a success!

🤙🏾 @cafejulia808 for your hospitality
🤙🏾 @govjoshgreen @govhawaii @firstladyofhawaii for welcoming our young leaders with aloha
🤙🏾 All of our Senators and Representatives who took the time to meet with our teens
🤙🏾 @liliuokalanitrust for welcoming us into your beautiful center
🤙🏾 @bgca_clubs @bgcmaui @bgch808 for showing up for our teens and making this experience possible

Our teens have a voice. They have a vision. And they have the power to make a difference. Let’s continue showing up for them!💙🙌🏾

Everything we know was taught to us by someone who came before. The loʻi isn't just where kalo grows, it’s where the future is raised.

A new collection rooted in the legacy of the ʻāina.

The future is bright because of Club kids.

Raythan and Ira spent the last days of their Fall Break learning about advocacy and how they can make a difference in their community. We are so thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow. They represented not only Spalding but their community well. #SpaldingGreatFutures

📚CLUBHOUSE ‘OHANA EVENT📚

Ka Uluwehi o Ka Heluhelu (The flourishing growth through reading) Ohana Night took place last month at the Nanakuli Public Library. Our club families enjoyed an evening filled with food, fun, & family. The public library is a hub for awesome programs and resources for the entire Ohana. It was a night filled with connecting to more community resources, free sign ups for library cards, FUN quality family time with some dinner, Yard Games, and a library scavenger hunt, along with borrowing books and tablets.

🎻Special shout out to our partners from the Hawaii Youth Symphony for the live music and sharing about the upcoming Music programs starting up at the Club. Sign up today!!

Big Mahalo to the Branch Manager Kelsey and the Nanakuli Public Library crew for being such great hosts! We appreciate you folks!!
