POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

five days in Amsterdam and here’s the food i loved…

shrimp bisque from lap & tein - snagged a table in the bar on world love day and had this gorge soup.

breakfast at VESSEL - the restaurant at the hotel we stayed out, great omelette, packed with mushrooms, spinach and cheese. beaut.

ravioli at voooges an ‘t ij - yummy spinach filling with beetroot purée, it was lovely and sweet and added crunch from the walnuts.

apple danish at louf - we rode past twice trying to find one of the stores, but my gosh; the crunch soo good. it was worth the detour and the stores were gorgeous.

Apple pie + pear pie at van kerkwijk - genuinely best thing we had on the trip, we went 4 out of the 5 days! amazing restaurant, great concept, family run, true delight.
yes it looks like B was brought to tears in the photo.

extra photos - view from our hotel room, literally day for forty minutes watching the sky change. my love for cycle lanes, and the lack of cars on streets and the masses of tulips available to buy (we bought bulbs).

Our beautiful daughter married a wonderful man of God Buster Thomas. It was a phenomenal day with Christ being the centre of this wonderful union. We would like to say a 'BIG' thank to all our guest that took time out their busy schedule to spent the day with us. #davy-hoffmanthomas #christcenteredmarriage #familytime #heartchurchnottingham 🙏🏾❤️🥂👰🏽‍♀️🤵🏻

this year, we’re doing Christmas different - me and B…we’re not buying each other presents.

we’re saving for our wedding (#2025bride 👰🏾), we’re going away for NYE with friends ✨ and we just came to the idea naturally and I’m loving it.

I share this to say, the Christmas content is coming (mid December shock) this week I’m busy every night, so my stories + reels will reveal my joy for the season.

bust and cee went camping and it was a success!

to the die-hard campers out there, definitely need some tips on more fantastic spots, because we thoroughly enjoyed the campsite we visited and plan to visit more.

we stayed for a whole 24hours and we felt very proud as camping novices. We travelled to Bakewell, found the campsite and pitched our SIX-men tent for TWO.
Yes it was massive, but we were very happy with all the space.

BBQ was in full force and the fire had to be done. We kept it simple with dinner and breakfast and when we got home had a good fry up.

you’ll see in some bits it was crazy windy, 34mph wind gusts but the tent stayed put. I slept well, Bust not soo much.

we throughly enjoyed it and will be doing it again soon!!
beautiful views at haddon farm, tent from decathlon and camping cooking bits from Aldi ✨

from the garden to the table. here’s another…

potatoes!! super easy and simplest thing, I grew them from forgotten sprouting potatoes in my cupboard. I used two cuts of one potato, both with about 3 sprouts and with a water and sunshine these beauties grew.

B and i plan to experiment with a few potatoes, for the next grow. sooo watch this space.

today we had a great deal of fun in the garden unearthing our beauties.

we haven’t grown a huge harvest this year, but what we have grown is invaluable fun. we are enjoying the garden to table aspect 🧄🧄

Socials have been quiet for a while, I’ve been furthering my development in coaching and spending time with the family.

We’re ready for a busy off-season. Keep watching…

**TRIALS 2024/25 SEASON**

As we continue to set new standards and grow as a club, Sunday May 26th sees us run our first ever trials session!

We have teams of all standards in the club, so will be looking for players who are newer to football but also elite players to join our advanced teams.

We have a team who are about to embark on a cup Semi Final, a team who are currently in the 2nd Division but have won ever single game, so can easily compete in the league above, all the way through to a new U7s team who is only 8 games in.

So how can we benefit differing levels?
As a club, we develop players to reach the potential they have. We have players who are currently playing academy football and produced players who have taken the step to NCF Elites Academy full time.

If a player has the ability, we can offer them the path to success.

To those who may be newer to the game, or it may not ve a first chouce sport, we offer a train only option for those who need to build confidence or we offer spaces in development teams where we work on core skills to make sure we always compete.

At all levels, we make football fun, we make the sessions engaging and challenging to make sure every week we improve players' footballing journey.

The Club, why us?
We are a club. We have club events from Chritsmas parties through to a presentation evening that will exceed 300 attendees. We try and keep as many teams training in the same area and time so we have loads of chances to meet friends, build rapport and create an inviting environment.

The kids form the best bonds and friendships and we have a togetherness. We do not just teach football but we build life skills, discipline, respect and accountability. It is great to produce top footballers but also rewarding to help kids become good human beings!

Our coaches are qualified above the required expectations, we have very good ratios at sessions and share ideas to keep things fresh.

If you can spare a couple of hours on a Sunday morning, sign up, we will prove we are the club you want to be part of.
