We started talking about Emotions when she was around 4. We talk about it daily because they are a part of Sports. A part of Family and School. They're a part of Life. I teach her to not run away from them. I teach her to feel them. To Master them. That Emotions are not what makes us weak. It's what makes us more powerful than any other species on this planet. Emotion is what gives us passion. It's what gives us that strong desire to pursue our purpose. Emotions aren't our weakness. They are our Strength. Let's teach our sons and daughters about Emotions at an early age. They are smarter than we know 🖤

5am workouts are……something like a beast but I made it thru somehow with 23 splat points. My @bgmb_foundation workout shirt is my favorite and what’s a workout without my @boldbycrystal leggings. Have a good day friends! #motivation #getonyojob

🏀🔥 Tag you’re it Coach!
Had a great time co-speaking to the student athletes at @battlefortherankings with @kennygillion!

Here’s a summary of the college scholarship recruitment process explained by Coach G!

Step 1. A college Coach will first show interest.

Step 2. The Coach will evaluate you.

Step 3. The player will receive a scholarship offer.

*You are now being recruited*

Step 4. The student athlete will respond and verbally commit (this is non binding).

Step 5. The student athlete will sign a letter of intent for a 1 year scholarship.
