Being a Mets fan is best and worst thing you can ever do to yourself. It’s the best because it teaches you some very valuable life lessons, such as patience and loyalty. It’s the worst because moments like this hurt so much more.

What a wild ride 2024 was. I wasn’t sure if 2015 could be topped, but it may have been. Who knew after my call into The Michael Kay Show on Thursday May 30th, that this team would have the best record in baseball from then on out, and make the NLCS.

The best is yet to come for this team. Thanks to all who made 2024 so special! A team, a season, and memories that we will all never forget #LFGM

Shout out to the fit family! We had a tough but fun summer. A lot of work and dedication was put in. We enjoyed our summer inside and out the gym. However, now that the SUMMER is over it’s time to lock back in full speed to build consistently and continue to pour into the lifestyle you want to create, which is building a great mentality and our dream bodies .

I am inviting all new and old clients to shoot me a text or dm and let’s get started or back started if you are stuck or want to get over the bump! I’ve created a great community of clients who encourage, motivate, and push each other! No judgments, competing or speaking negative just work. We are a family !
