It’s been exactly one year since we’ve played a show in front of real people. This past year made me realize that I’m a performer more than anything and I miss it so much.

I remember the lockdown happened like a day or two after this and thinking “maaaaan, this sucks but at least we went out with a bang at @fightclublbc”. We had (and still have) no idea when we’ll be able to perform in a hot ass room with a bunch of sweaty people vibing and dancing, but once we’re able to come back safely you can bet you’re sweet ass we’re throwing AN EVENT! 😁✌🏽
until then, help support us by buying merch, streaming our music and watching our videos on YouTube! Love you guys and we’ll see you soon @apollobebop

Apollo Bebop, the Santa Ana hip hop / jazz quintet, just released WANTED!, their newest LP. As an act of defiance against the status quo, the band channels their wide ranging influences from John Coltrane to A Tribe Called Quest and Spanish Trio music to Rage Against the Machine and more, creating an album of genre-bending, standard-breaking music. Available now on all streaming platforms! #apollobebop #abwanted #santaana 📹: @rileylattanza

I love what I do and I’ve never been more confident in my skills until recently. Writing, Recording, Mixing, Shooting, Directing, Editing, Performing, etc. These last couple of months I’ve been busting my ass because I want to break out of this bubble so badly. This shit takes time. This shit takes practice. This shit takes heart and this year I’m ready to pour even more into this than ever before. So if I’m MIA or unresponsive for a bit you’ll know why. I still have so much to learn and I’m excited to expand my horizons!
I recorded, mixed, directed and edited this video with the help of @rileylattanza behind the lens. Big shout out to @libromobile for allowing us to make a bunch of noise in their store 🙏🏽

Daaaamn y’all remember this? This time last year we had the honor of playing a sold out headlining show at the @observatoryoc and it was most definitely one of the best shows we’ve ever played! We have nothing but love and gratitude for anyone who plays our music, buys our merch, or comes through to our shows 🙏🏽 shout out to @theblackoc for preserving this amazing night for us! #apollobebop #santaanahiphop #dtsa #dtsantaana #theblackoc #juicecounty #cruzn #jazzhop

I’m very grateful for the people in my circle. The friends that support me. The family that love me. This last year was a doozy to say the least but I’m glad I made it through my quarter life crisis lol As much as it hurts my pride to admit I can’t do this on my own. thank you to everyone who has ever helped me along the way in any way. This next year is gonna be a big one. I can feel it. #btegotchops #scorpioszn #happybirthdaytome 📸: @heccct
