Mastering the Weight is priceless. It enables you to become MUCH stronger than you might think possible. Master the Weight by being able to perform 4 Slow, fully contracted sets of 10 repetitions WITH a distinct pause at the PEAK of each contraction. When you can do this without breaking a sweat and all it does is get you pumped, you know you’ve Mastered the Weight. #legworkout #legdayworkout #legendsoftomorrow #legsworkout #humpday🐪 #wisdomwednesday #wisdomquotes
