Jobs not finished I’ve been allowing myself to trust the process we all in this world building want to play for a standard and quality of a ball club that represents what is being built for the success of this future ! Being a pitcher and teaching is a heck of a job that not many get to do @jfos90 @bhall_05 @hlb_pitching @vancortlandt it’s about the team and whats best the roles we get is not based on luck 🍀 some people feel like you take away from coexisting in a career where pursuing it can get you lost with the wrong outlook . Today and everyday it’s Gods glory #freeagent #coachingwithpurpose #soulthrowers #droversbaseball #martinezsturgeons

If you are dealing with any oblique issues‼️

What I just sent over to a friend who is currently dealing with something. Thought this could help anyone struggling with this being that as pitchers we are major rotators🫡

God bless.

Here’s a simple at-home progression you can fit into your routine on a lift day to help you create a more stable backside as you work downhill.

Used this with the youngin’s who were not good a staying back. Starting with the stairs is the easiest way to build stability.

Get good at these and your backside will most definitely become more stable and you will feel better connected to it.

Finally filled in to the Thrasher shirt @athrasher2
AT reppin’ now💯

God bless.

Throwback: influenced by @pitching_doctor & @bhall_05

Ground spike throws, but with the @oates_specialties throwing sock.

A big fan of the ground throws because you learn to create that strong glove-side (brace) to coincide with your throwing arm. It also allows you to work on good timing and the extension you need so you can rip.

Used to love the utilization of the throwing sock because the loud snap would let you know you are on time. Anything quieter would let you know your timing is off. The throwing sock also strengthens that decelerator muscle and allows you get work done inside if the weather is crap (Chicagoland area problems) if you don’t have facility access.

God bless.
