Happy April Fools day!! #afd
DYK: Laughter releases endorphins, melts tension, and shifts you from “fight or flight” mode to “rest and digest” mode. It reconnects you with joy, opens your heart, and helps release hidden energetic weight.

Most of us carry more than we realize. Laughing Qi Gong helps clear that burden through breath, movement, and intentional laughter. It’s a gentle, repeatable way to reconnect with yourself and feel lighter again.

Joy doesn’t have to be accidental. You can learn to generate it… on purpose, with intention using Laughing Qi Gong.

Join Lee Holden in this one of a kind, on-demand workshop, where you’ll experience Laughing Qi Gong in a judgment-free space, where laughter is welcomed and your emotions are honored.

#tbt A fun local #santacruz video for #earthday 2023 with my son Noa aka the #mananalu kid reminding us that #reuse is cool and littering stinks!
Maybe this April we can convince him to reprise his role and remember to drink metal and F plastic!

Art projects are still something I love to work on. We found this awesome piece of redwood burl in Felton as my favorite local wood shop was closing after decades. My dad @brickpack18 also got a piece and worked on his,
Advising me on the process.
Sanding, staining, lacquering then finding the right photograph from my collection from Henry Cowells Redwoods park to add to it, a window into the forest. Mounting it and finally done! Hanging in the bedroom now for me to wake up to!
Still using my Studio Arts undergrad degree from @cuboulder 94-98’ days!
I believe all people are artists and creators they just need to find their inspiration and start!
What are you making?
