Cheers to an amazing night at Networking on the Rocks! 🥂✨ I had the chance to reconnect with some great friends, make so many new connections, and spend the evening with an incredible group of people. I’m so grateful to be part of such an amazing community and can’t wait to see where these relationships lead. Already looking forward to the next one! 🤍

So proud of all these lads and ladies! No one warns you how hard it is being around great young people every day for 4–5 years, then having to say goodbye to them. Excited to see what all our C-N track & field graduates go on to do next. Congrats, guys!

Things have most definitely started. We are Laying the foundation for big improvements! One thing that i find myself doing differently than many NCAA coaches is we do not have “pit days” during cycle 1 of GPP. Instead, I take this time to look at running and takeoff mechanics such that when we get to the runway, there is a very quick transition and we can focus on improving the more technical stuff without things like *not knowing how to run* getting in the way of that. Not to mention, building a solid base of speed and strength before asking your body to make its most explosive movements possible has been great at keeping early season injuries and ailments at bay. This is not something i see changing in my program. Stay tuned for a testing week highlight video early next week👀 Talons up🦅

Dear Limestone, I was supposed to have one more year before saying goodbye but God had other plans. My heart aches to say this. I have made so many memories and new friends here. The people here have made a huge positive impact on my life. This school has helped me grow as a person in the classroom and out on the track and in the cross country course. I would not be where I am without my coaches and professors. I just want to thank @coachwassink for giving me an opportunity to compete for him and coaching me to be the best I can be. I truly would not be where I am without him. My teammates have pushed me and cheered me on at every practice and race they all have a special place in my heart and it hurts to say goodbye to them. I pray that everyone here can find a new family like Limestone. Limestone will always have a place in my heart and I am glad to call this place home. Once a saint always a saint!

WOLF’S • BANE 🐺💜 —————————————- 🗣️ LOOK AT PEOPLE BY DE TRUCK! Playing with @kpayacarnival was the best decision I’ve ever made. The drinks was on point. The snacks was hitting. The music, OMG those DJs was such a vibe. Enjoying the road, masqueraders and crossing the stage had me on cloud 9. This was definitely a unique road experience. Miami Carnival, you owe me NOTHING!
