2025. We quit our jobs. Moved from San Diego to NorCal. Got new jobs. Our 1st anniversary. Big winners at the casino. Innumerable games of keep away with our dog. Took a road trip with our dog and whatever we could fit in the trunk. 6745 miles. 20 days. 8 states. 9 National Parks. Baptism. Funeral. Horseback riding. Hiking. Rescued a dog. Rescued a baby mouse. 1 night in a lodge, 19 dispersed camping. 113 degree weather. Family emergencies. Renovating a family house. Rescued a bat. Got scammed. Built a chicken coop. Got 17 chickens. Had 2 casualties. Ian won an award for his art. Got a kitten. Lots of Gilmore Girls. TSITP binge weekend with Grace. Fall trip to Ohio. Cat disappeared. Thanksgiving trip to Ohio. Lots of snow. Cut our own Christmas tree. It was a learning year. Learning about ourselves. About life. About the world. Through the chaos, through the struggle, the light always shines.

2024.. what a crazy year you were. Feels like I lived 1,000 lives this year, but in the best way possible. Thankful for all the friends, old and new, that made this year one to remember.

Here’s to 2025 🥂🥳

When your friends get married what do you do? Draw them of course! This is a little late, but thank you both for allowing me to celebrate this momentous day in both of your lives with you! You 2 are both amazing people and it was a pleasure drawing this beautiful image from your wedding day! You can always look back on this illustration and all of the pictures from that day to remember!

What’s it like traveling to Hawaii to film your senior capstone project? In this vlog, Anthony and Ian give an inside look on production for Ke Aloha, a cultural documentary directed by senior Elizabeth DeWitt. Their student crew spent four days on the beautiful islands of Oahu and Kauai, exploring the lives of Hawaii’s hula masters. We can’t wait to see the documentary premiere at Graduation Week this August!
