🌑✨ NEW MOON SOUND JOURNEY — TOMORROW ✨🌑

Tomorrow, September 10th, I will hold space and take you on a journey through experimental music, crystal bowls and other live instruments ✨🥣✨

Bryndís Helgadóttir will offer gentle Reiki healing touch with essential oils, as we move toward the first New Moon after Eclipse Season. 🌙

Just hours before the New Moon, we will come together to plant new seeds and intentions for what we want to grow. 🌱✨

September 10th is also World Suicide Prevention Day 💛
A beautiful reminder of the importance of connection, presence and caring for ourselves and one another.

A space to pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect with your body.
To receive sound, vibration and rest.

If you feel called to receive some healing, you can secure your space through the link in my bio. 🌙💛

New Me - Delusional Self! 💥🔥❤️✨

Earlier this month I started my 30 day course and challenge: New me - My delusional self. The course is about stepping into the version of us we see ourselves being in the our desired future, and instead of waiting for it to happen we act like it and on it NOW!🔥🙌👏

In these 30 days creating and taking the course I saw magic in motion! I started to feel even more cofident then before, I got myself even further out of my head and comfort zone AND made some SUPER bold actions which ended up being SO REWARDING!

What you see here is ONE example of what came out of it: I created AND hosted a whole new concept that came to me, A Goddess Temple were I gathered women from all walks of life to come together, sit, connect, open up, breath, release, dance and step into their most authentic self in full GLAM!

The New Me - Delusional Self course is designed to help you to look beyond what you already have designed for yourself. To look inward and see yourself deeper, to design and connect to your biggest dreams and to take action steps towards them!

As I know first hand that when we are going out of our comfort zone, our systems, the nervoious system, believes & thoughts can start to stand in our way.

Therefor I have designed the whole course to take you step by step through this process. Not only helping you to go design, create and go after your dreams but also to help your nervous system to adjust and then hold your vision when it comes to fruition. Therefore the course is also made to assist you to slow and calm down your systems before and after taking big bold steps into a new direction AND to see and aknowledge yourself and all the work you are and have already put in.

To sign up for the course head to my bio!

In two weeks time I will start a online group that will take you through the whole process, were you are not going through the material alone but together with a bunch of ladies on a similar path! More on that comming! SO STAY TUNED! 🥳👏✨😏🔥
