I met @bibianacala through a networking event a few months ago. Subsequently I had an opportunity to teach a module on the importance of establishing one’s brand for the CCIS Newcomer Entrepreneur Program, which she is an integral part of. Warm, inviting, curious and a natural connector, I was impressed by her dedication, her passion for lifting other’s up, her focus on meaningful contribution and adding value to everything she is a part of. It was a pleasure creating some professional portraits for her and working together to convey her personality, professionalism and multi-faceted nature. We worked together on her new exciting look, from styling to concept design, updated hair and makeup and created a dynamic set of images that portray her in an a way that’s authentic and true to her. Bibiana is an organizational anthropologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in understanding human behavior, cultures, and social dynamics to enhance economic, environmental, social, and governance outcomes. Throughout her career, she has embraced her role as a natural connector, collaborator, educator, and serial entrepreneur, driven by a passion for fostering growth, sustainable practices, and value co-creation across various sectors. At the heart of her work is the belief that authentic connections, trust, and shared purpose. With every action—big or small—she aims to create a positive, lasting impact. Her compass has remained rooted all her life in her guiding values: integrity, collective innovation, and a deep love for her family. Are you a bad a** business woman looking to level up and portray yourself fully standing in your power? I would love the opportunity to show you how I see women and how I help them elevate the visual components of their brand. . . . #brandphotography #brandingphotography #brandingphotographer #yyclifestyle #yycleaders #yycentrepreneur #calgarybrandingphotographer #calgarybranding #yycbranding #womeninbusiness #yycwomeninbusiness #albertaphotographer #calgarybrandphotographer #visualbranding

🎨 The Art of Her Voice: A Journey of Creativity & Leadership Leadership isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about embracing our individuality and expressing our voice with confidence. On International Women’s Day, I had the privilege of co-creating a powerful experience where art and leadership came together in a meaningful way. Through watercolor, conversation, and shared moments, we explored authenticity, resilience, and self-awareness—reminding ourselves that creativity is a tool for both personal and professional growth. A huge thank you to Casa México Foundation, Elsa Kelly, Jessie Ceballos, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. It was an honor to collaborate on an event that gave women the space to reflect, create, and connect. And to everyone who joined with open hearts and minds—you made this experience truly special. 💜 #TheArtOfHerVoice #WomenInLeadership #CreativityInLeadership #AuthenticLeadership #IWD #SelfAwareness #YYCEvents #Workshop

LatinX Canadian Congress 2025 🤩 It was a pleasure sharing the stage with Bibiana Cala, Jessie Ceballos, and José Lomeli to talk about this topic I'm so passionate about: Entrepreneurial Mindset! Here are the key messages from our conversation: 1️⃣ Invest in self-awareness to know what's in your "toolbox", what are the skills, traits, and knowledge you can tap into, in order to bring your entrepreneur/intrapreneur self to life. 2️⃣ Your network is also part of your toolbox! Who are the people you already know that can help you get started and get closer to your dream business? 3️⃣ Overcome perfectionism and bring your ideas into life - trust me, that cheap, ugly 1st version of your solution is way better than the perfect version that only exists in your mind. 4️⃣ Be creative! Solve problems! Use your repertoire, allow space for leisure, combine different things in a new way, test things in real world, receive feedback, and incorporate this feedback into improving your solution. 5️⃣ What is the ONE THING you can do/make/start/launch today? Share it in the comments here 👇😉 --- Special thanks to Casa Mexico, Miguel Cortines, Elsa Kelly, and Nash Chaparro for the invite and opportunity! 🙏❤️
