I usually fall in love with black & white shots — there’s something timeless about them.
But this time… the colour version completely blew my mind.
Can’t decide which one wins 🖤🌈

Which do you prefer — BW or colour?

For the first time while shooting the teaser for @ffi.sk , we initiated pre-production six months before the shooting, inspired by Ivana’s initial concept of a Luna Park setting. We scouted various parks and even visited Prater in Vienna, only to realize that they didn’t match our expectations. After that, the concept underwent several revisions before finally taking its ultimate form months later. Thank you @huncutikova for coming back to the script and thinking about solutions, that could be manageable for us in the production and for the patience during the whole production and especially postproduction process.

The actual production phase went smoothly, thanks in no small part to our talented DOP, @michaelaklanicova . She not only had a keen eye for visuals but also a cost-conscious mindset. The entire camera and lighting team supporting her consisted of absolute doers and great individuals.

Our creative team also deserves a massive thank you. @nemamconaseba handled styling and brought exquisite wedding dresses from @kristinabanovska , while @bibinkmakeup and @mischeldoublew worked wonders in the makeup and hair department. @robertslimak and @sabina_savkova transformed the palace into multiple settings at once and @petraburianova helped us with anything on set and in prep like a swiss knife that she truly is!

In post-production, we had a team of indispensable talents. @syndrom.petra.pana took charge of editing, @daniel_gavenda handled color grading, @adriancermak composed the music, and @deni.soundesign managed sound design. Their contributions were essential, and we’re especially grateful for their patience throughout the process.

Last but not least, we deeply admire the courage of @mslottalove and @lajka.z.gurunu , who willingly shared a part of their lives with the audience. The couple playing the main roles is a genuine, authentic couple, not a pair of actresses who didn’t know each other before. We wouldn’t have had it any other way.

A huge thanks to @radomirbrhlik and the festival team for giving us the trust they did!
Big thanks to everyone involved one more time, it is probably time to start planning the teaser for next year😂✌️

Panska oversized kosela v kombinacii s odevom zvyraznujucim zenskost ako napriklad obtiaznutejsia sukna je dokonalost nie len pre fashion editorial, ale aj IRL. 🤍
