Well that was quite the uphill battle.. 🏃🏻‍♂️⛰️

Very much in my nature to say ‘YES’ to things without any element of true preparation.. 😅

Appreciative of the message I got from @schmeeknd 5 Days out from this race today.. little did he know I’d say ‘YES’

BUT - felt good to get uncomfortable & challenge myself physically + mentally + emotionally - I needed this race more than the race needed me..

Really starting to come back into my own & remember what I’m truly capable of accomplishing..

These long running adventures + the every day grind is not possible without a supportive partner & I’m forever grateful to have @annipater11 — someone who is there to help whenever needed & also a person who is always down to join in on the craziness. Thank you for your guidance + support + belief in me today & everyday. ❤️

Well unless someone else decides to send me some crazy fitness challenge in the near future - I plan to get back to training as usual until the next opportunity presents itself..

8 months 🥰 Ryatt is a hefty 25 pounds and is taking to solids well! He is SO close to crawling, and he got to join the memorial weekend festivities this year. It’s so fun watching him make new friends and figure things out!
