i think its pretty cool when you get to do ministry with your friends! cm retreat was such fun. didn’t know psalm springs got this hot its insane! it was amazing seeing our students as on fire as the weather for Jesus! this space has such a heart for unity and inclusivity and wholeheartedly chasing the heart of God, and i’m grateful that i get to move alongside so many amazing people in this space.

i had so many conversations about Jesus with everyone on this camp and it seemed every conversation always lead back to one thing burning in all our hearts- church unity. God has been leading me back to 1 Cor a lot these days and there is so much beautiful instruction clearly laid out for us on how to be the church and how to care for each other. 1 cor 14:12 has stood out to me where Paul talks about the gifts and then continues to speak on the edification of the church. i truly want my life to be marked by this. living in such a way that edifies the whole body with God the father, son and holy spirit right in the center of it.

My one friend told me about John 17 a couple of weeks ago and I was so moved at how Jesus prayed for the body. Jesus always included others. His heart takes after His father’s heart and it burns for unity.
May our Lord and Saviour, just like in John, just like in Jesus’ life be glorified through our lives and may we always invite others to join in.
