Survived my first comp in wraps.

But there ain’t no rest for the wicked, so we do it all again in Melbourne in sleeves.

These competitions wouldn’t be possible without the team that backs it 🤝
We want to thank every single person that made this event possible!

Our August grip challenge was a lot of fun!
Thanks to everybody that took part and had a laugh 🤝🏽

A couple of the weapons that walked away with the best times were -

@jeffyanglifts with 86 seconds
@beardedsuperman with 81 seconds and
@steve with 79 seconds

And for the ladies
@ sonia with a whopping 142 seconds
@chrissytinado with a massive 128 seconds and
@rachellecarpenter_ with 117 seconds

Nice work team! 😎

A nice light, easy session.

Appreciate the @zerow_southside fam ❤️ Tonight was sick. It's been a wild year, and a wild prep to make it to Nationals. But one of the big positives is I've been able to go back home to Southside, and finish off this wild prep surrounded by my fam.

PSA: Your coach should be doing these things.

If not, find someone who genuinely cares about you and your progress.

To every person who has ever walked through the doors of ZeroW Brisbane, past and present, thank you 🫶💜

This place is what it is because of you. The energy, the support, the community, that all comes from the people inside these walls.

And that’s something truly special. 💜

I love powerlifting 🫶

First comp back in 3 years.. and I f*cking LOVED it.

Second place overall🥈
Biggest female squat🥇
Equal biggest female bench🥇

Stoked to have equalled my squat with 170kg, hit a bench comp PB with 90kg and… deadlifts… well I got 162.5kg which was OK 😂

Honestly so happy, best comp I’ve ever done and good to be back on the platform.

Huge thank you to @jonesasher for all his help and support this prep and @stampedeperformance for rehabbing me through the past 6 weeks since I hurt my back.. legit can’t even believe it feels like it never happened 😂

Appreciate every single person for the support along with way!!! Today was epic 🤍
