Toronto’s best kept secret. @barromy.to @inkentertainment #bigarequired

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Bar Romy just opened at Adelaide and John, and it’s the kind of spot you can drop into before a show or a game, or settle into for the whole night. The room and the patio are gorgeous, but nothing about it feels stuffy. The menu is where it gets fun: handmade pasta, pizza and focaccia made from dough they’re obsessed with, and appetizers that are more unique than your typical Italian starters. Most of the sandwich ingredients are imported from Italy, and there’s a sandwich counter at the back that a lot of people miss, so it works for a quick takeout lunch too. 🍕

The city’s best new Pizza and Sandwiches are coming out of the same kitchen. And it’s cuz of the dough. @barromy.to has great pasta, eye popping desserts but more me it’s all about the carbs. The Pizza, sandwiches, and even the table side bread is top tier. I’ve been twice in less than a month, and condo my schedule that says a lot.

Big up @bigarequired for his incredible work with that dough.

Have you tried it?
