WEEK 8 - SBD LIFTS - S⚪️ B🔴 D⚪️ - 2/3 Lifts have been broken. Bench did not go as planned this week, came onto the bench unprepared and was not ready for the PR. This means we have more work to do over the next coming weeks. However the squat PR has been matched with the only difference is this being a low bar PR 😈 and hitting a new 5 plate PR on deadlifts 💪🏽 now we just work from there and get even more stronger.

Ft. @kythedench @bigboy_bran & @ola.skates / @that_gym_skater for the support 💙

While average men grow weaker with time, we become stronger because we willingly carry weight others avoid. Not just physical weight, but pressure, responsibility, struggle, and discomfort. Every difficult session teaches us how to endure. Every setback hardens the mind. Every challenge becomes another layer added to who we are becoming. Most men today are conditioned to seek comfort at all costs. They numb themselves with entertainment, validation, and endless distractions because silence forces them to face themselves. We’re doing the opposite. We’re stripping everything down to discipline, suffering, and purpose. In those moments, there are no masks, no pretending, no shortcuts. Only truth. The iron exposes who’s real and who folds when life gets heavy.
