Favorite week of the year 🌊🎶✨

The music, the late nights, the island adventures, and some of our favorite people all in one place on Jam Cruise 22.

Four more days till we back at the most magical place with the coolest people. Can't wait to be back on the boat🚢🎶🎸💫🧜‍♀️💕

Here's some memories from Jam Cruise 21 last year! The last slide is our lil jam cruiser in the making. For now Cay will keep going to her grandparents because mom and dad need a VACAY together. But one day our girl will join us on the boat too!

Today’s episode of The Call Light Collective is one that sits heavy and sacred in my heart.

I had the honor of sitting down with Janna Holterman — a CVICU nurse and a widow who has walked through a kind of loss that reshapes you forever. A few years ago, while caring for others on shift, her world quietly fell apart at home. What followed is every caregiver’s unspoken fear… and a reality no one is ever prepared for.

And somehow — in the middle of unimaginable grief — Janna chose to keep loving. To keep showing up. To turn her pain into purpose. Today, she pours that lived wisdom into others through life and career coaching, holding space for people the same way she once needed someone to hold space for her.

This conversation is not dramatic for the sake of drama. It’s honest. Tender. Grounded. It’s about mental health, the invisible weight so many partners carry, the strength it takes to survive something you didn’t cause and couldn’t prevent… and the quiet bravery of choosing to stay soft in a world that hardens people.

If you are a nurse, a caregiver, a partner to someone struggling, or someone who has loved deeply and lost — this episode is for you.

If you’ve ever had to be strong when you didn’t want to be… this is for you.

🎙️ The full episode is now live on YouTube or listen on BuzzSprout!
I hope you’ll watch, listen, and sit with her story.

And maybe… feel a little less alone. 🩷☀️🥺

7:03 pm on December 30, 2023 our favorite little girl was born!!! Happy 2nd birthday Caylana Ocean. This past year has been so fun watching you grow up. Being your parents is our favorite job in the whole world. You're so kind, sweet, loving, funny and always sassy. You're brilliant and bold. Some of your favorite things to do this year was watching every Bluey episode 100 times, going to the beach and pool everyday, hanging with family and friends, having dance parties and twerking to Glorilla and Sexyy Red. Every day we still fall in love with you even more. We love you babygirl.

🩷☀️ She is ALL of us!! ☀️🩷

She clocked in with confidence and my same “you’ve got this” energy…
12 hours later, she’s rethinking her entire career path. 😂

She gets it from her mama… and she probably wishes she didn’t. 😅

Somewhere between hour 10 and 12, the “I love my job” phase expired.

It’s funny—but it’s real! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Tune into the next episode of The Call Light Collective this coming Monday at 7am!! 🩷☀️

🩷☀️This Movement Needs You ☀️🩷

There’s a story inside you that someone else needs to hear. Maybe it’s one you’ve never said out loud… or one you thought no one would understand. But this space—this movement—was built for that story!! 🥹🩷

I’m asking you to write your Letter to Jennifer….or write it to yourself. 🥺🩷 To the girl who didn’t think she’d make it. To the nurse who stayed strong for everyone but herself. To the mother, the friend, the human who’s still figuring it out. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Because your letter could be the light that helps someone else find their way home. 🌟

I could not be more excited to introduce next week’s guest on The Call Light Collective!!

If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you’re going to recognize this next face immediately — my best friend, Crystal Snead. 💜

Crystal is the perfect guest with the perfect story. She’s a ball of love, laughter, and light — honest to her core, funny in all the best ways, and brave enough to show up fully as herself. She’s been through more than most could ever imagine, and still chooses to see the world through grace, humor, and hope.

Her episode is raw, real, and filled with the kind of energy that reminds you what it means to keep your heart open — even when life tries to break it.

This clip is just a glimpse of the magic that’s coming. ✨

✨ Thanksgiving Eve feels like the perfect moment to pause — not just to give thanks, but to stand in awe of the alignment that brought this dream to life.

🎙️ The Call Light Collective started as a whisper… a space for real stories, raw healing, and human connection. And now, it’s become something sacred.

I’m endlessly thankful for my producer Norman — the steady heartbeat behind the scenes.
For Cory — our creative backbone who turns chaos into art.
For every guest brave enough to share their truth.
And for you — the ones who listen, cry, cheer, and carry these stories with you.

This podcast isn’t just content — it’s a movement.
A reminder that light still lives here.
That we’re all just walking each other home, one story at a time. 💜

Here’s to gratitude, grace, and all the good still unfolding.
