Big shoutout to all my athletes heading back to school! 💪🏾🔥 Y’all put in some SERIOUS work this summer, showing up, pushing yourselves, and getting better every single week.

Now it’s time to take all that work into your upcoming athletic seasons and show what you’ve been grinding for.

Wishing every one of you a successful school year, a healthy season, and nothing but BIG performances

$20,000 for the GUYSSSSS 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

There’s not many things I love in this world… but I do love basketball.

So I came back to my hometown and put up a 20 piece for the $cale event. And if that made it even 1% better… then wait til you see what I have in mind for next yr 🥴

It’s always great coming back to Bridgeport and seeing my brothers. They were my entire life from ages 14-21.

Congrats Hartford on the championship 🎈

Now, back to work. Los Angeles, Dubai and Switzerland are next on deck.

2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ I love y’all.

24 pounds down & we were ready for summer this year!!! 🔥

✅ 10,000 steps every day.
✅ 4 workouts a week.
✅ 8 PM–9 PM, week after week, for 7 straight months.

People say age slows you down. Shamarya proved that age is just a number. People say kids make it impossible. She proved they’re not an excuse to stop chasing your goals. People say work gets in the way. She proved that when you make your health a priority, everything else benefits too.

We’re incredibly proud of you. Your transformation isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about gaining confidence, discipline, and a whole new lifestyle! Keep killing it Auntie 🫵🔥

What 40+ year old do you know walking around at 9% body fat??!?

Shout out to my OG, Leche. Easily one of the most consistent clients we’ve ever had at Bad Body Gym. I honestly can’t remember the last time he missed a workout, and if life gets in the way, he’s making it up the very next week.

The work ethic he brings to the gym speaks for itself, and I know that same discipline carries over to his nutrition and everyday habits.

So far, he’s down 15 pounds, but more importantly, we’ve dropped a tremendous amount of body fat + put on muscle and the pictures tell the story.

We’ve come a long way, but one thing about Leche….. he knows there’s always another level to reach..

Salute to my guy. 🫡🔥

School’s out… now it’s time to work!

The offseason is where the real separation happens. These athletes are locked in, building strength, speed, and confidence for the next season.

One session at a time, one rep at a time!

Class ended… but nobody wanted to go home 😭

So naturally, it turned into grown men testing limits, loading bars, and acting like recovery doesn’t matter tomorrow.

Just a regular day at BadBodyGym. #cttrainer #BBG #menstherapy #AfterClassVibes
