Brisket & Burrata on a Roll 🤌🏼 Shoutout to my homie @bigdealdeli who inspired my taste reaction 😂 Chopped and grilled leftover brisket trimmings from the last brisket I made. I topped it with caramelized onions, fresh burrata drizzled with EVOO, and gave it a quick once over with the blow torch; all on a soft and toasted french roll. I was just going to top the grilled brisket with mozzarella, but my wife busted out some burrata I didn't even know we had. I'm so glad she did because it was an incredible pairing 🤤 Knife: Cobra by @coolina_usa Grill: SNS MasterKettle from @snsgrills Seasoning: Grim Reaper Rub from @_howlowcanyouslow Griddle: 22-Inch Preseasoned Carbon Steel Griddle from @maverickthermometers Charcoal: Medium Lump Charcoal from @fogocharcoal EVOO: Drizzle by @getgraza #bbq #easyrecipe #foodie #sandwiches #burrata
