Do it the right way the first time so people can appreciate the work. Don’t rush the process to create the hype 📈 @bigfaads

Deadlines. One of the biggest things I’ve learned to build on this past year. Consistency can either make you or break you, and it starts with discipline and strict timelines. You can’t build something long-lasting by only showing up when it’s convenient. You may have noticed our change in tempo this year. Every month, a new drop, new pieces, new zip codes. Whatever it took, we made it happen. All to build a stronger brand and a better foundation for the future. Getting the reps in, regardless of the circumstances. If it matters enough to you, you’ll find a way.
