It’s been a couple weeks since this came out. Since then I’ve thought about sharing many times, but something in me just wasn’t able to. It’s interesting to feel at times like you are a person who is completely transparent with others but then also still want to hold things back for yourself. I was reminded yesterday by another mom the value in sharing the struggles we have. Sharing my struggle with addiction isn’t an easy things to share. And sharing my struggle with addiction as a parent is even harder. But I see so much value in reminding others that they are not alone. And that there is hope. And healing. And acceptance. (And obviously a shout out to Wayne!😊) link in the comments.

The final episode of season 1. It has been such a joy to see these come to life. And to see the people that took part in them celebrated. As a company we are grateful to help encourage and guide friends in this industry not as “competition” but as colleagues. It has been a real joy in life to watch AJ Trampe and Mike Baum grow not only their business, but their families.

Episode 4 of 5. It has been such a special thing to be able to highlight different individuals at Big Fish Contracting LLC. Diego represents such a huge portion of the workforce not only here at the company but all over the country. Taking the time to hear his heart and just a portion of his incredible story is a wonderful reminder of the countless stories that he represents all around us. He is a good man. Check out the episode on our YouTube channel @bigfishcontracting.
