What a journey this year has been. I accomplished the initial goals I set. Which was complete the 26 weeks of dieting/training for my first show at the Alabama Open, stay healthy, actually get on the stage and get the experience.

After that first show, I couldn’t end the year knowing we had some left in the tank. We decided to prep for 7 more weeks and do the Hurricane Bay Championships. We wanted to dig a little deeper and bring a better physique, which I believe we did. The goal was simple, be better than I was the day before. With being 7 hours from home, working 7 days a week, being put on night shift randomly, it was a little difficult at first. No obstacle was going to stop me though.

Heading into my first proper offseason, I can’t help but be excited for what we can accomplish. Between my dedication and work ethic and @biggainsbailey coaching, I know we will get it done. The goal now is to grow, and come back next year with a better overall physique.

What a memorable weekend!! I spent it with my love @_mallorylane, my amazing team @bgb.coaching @biggainsbailey @alexandriacd and I got to meet and hangout with @anton_swl!

Placings went well in this stacked of a show.
2nd- Novice A
6th- Open Class B (There was miscommunications backstage before awards and I left early, missing my award for 5th place💀😂)

Regardless of placings, it only shows a minute of what goes into a prep. You get maybe 5 minutes of stage time for months of preparation. So when you make it through those months and get those 5 minutes, you can’t let placings take away anything from it. Like I’ve said before, 99% of the population will never step on a stage, so sharing the stage with awesome competitors is always a win. Professional video & pictures coming soon!

Huge shoutout to @tgflex_1 & @timgardnerproductions for putting on an absolute awesome show! This was my second show ever, first Pro/Am and it was such an amazing experience! They go all out for their athletes!

The plan is to go into an offseason and grow, this time next year will be a different story. Thank you for all the support and love!🫶🏼

Pre-Judging is a wrap!

I was proud of the physique and my stage presence for my 2nd show. Everything improved and that’s all we could do! We are up in weight for this show and leaner in just 7 weeks.

No matter of a placing, the memories made on this trip will stay with me. To have my bestfriend @_mallorylane with me the whole process makes it even sweeter, and not to mention having a coach like @biggainsbailey I can call a friend. It’s always an honor to share the stage with guys that are like-minded and insane competitors! You meet a lot of awesome people backstage. All of these guys looked insane! For this being my 2nd show, I’m glad I was able to get on stage with veterans to the sport and see how I stacked up. At the end of the day, 99% of the population will never get on a bodybuilding stage.

Back to watch @biggainsbailey at 12:45, then the fun part starts tonight around 6pm. We have our individual routine, placings and DESSERTS after. Stay tuned for the updates! 🫶🏼

weighed in at 123.6 before I stepped into the gym. Feeling absolutely monstrous 6 weeks post show, however i gotta tighten up on the leg training since my smith press is getting close to my smith squat and barbell RDL 😭

Firm believer that you just need a good squat, DL, hip thrust and abduction to build glutes. Some recent clips 😇

#gluteday #bikini #roadtopro

Dont worry we do lunges and kickbacks and stuff too. But I could live with just those

Top set

Guess I worked on my grip strength today too

This just deserved a spot on the feed

Feeling big

Why my hair is messed up

Messing with transitions

Feeling tiny
