Today my heart is heavy.

Our sweet Ca$h crossed over today.

He was funny, stubborn, smart, endlessly loving, and full of personality. He made us laugh, kept us on our toes, and loved us with his whole heart. Loved kitty cats and the water. He felt proud when he would successfully scare away shadows with his bark… ☺️ The house is already quieter and emptier without the sound of his big feet and the joy he brought into every room.

We’re going to miss him more than words can say.

I’m going to fall back for a few days as we mourn, grieve, and adjust to life without our sweet boy.

Thank you for your prayers, your kindness, and for giving us the space to love him, honor him, and say goodbye.

Run free, Ca$h. You were deeply loved, and you always will be. 🐾💜

Rest easy, sweet Ca$h. May his memory always bring more smiles than tears, even if today those tears have to come first. 💜
Love ,
Mommy & Mom.

I know I get on her last nerve…
“What she ordered vs what she got” situation!!! lol!!

Have a beautiful day. If today is a little rough for you, just take a minute and flip through your mental Rolodex to a memory or a time that made you happy. Close your eyes and smile and live in that moment for a minute.
Then get back to your day. Remember, there’s nothing you cannot handle. You have made it through every single difficult situation you’ve been through. Or you wouldn’t be here today. You’ll get through this too.

Happy Sunday…
A reminder :
Live your life!! Find joy. Whatever that looks like TO YOU.
This life is too short to be sad or unhappy or feel unfulfilled.
If you’re feeling stuck, this is your sign to break feee. By any means necessary.

Client Showcase / Self Care Sunday !

What’s the plan for YOU, Today?

Happy Greatest Day of Birth, to one of the BEST clients a Coach can ask for ! @_beautifullymade

In LESS THAN a year, Samaya has managed to lose OVER 100lbs. She has been hard working & humble, stays on top of her daily activities OUTSIDE OF THE SESSIONS, as well as A1 stay one when it comes to nutrition… Stay Tuned 😉

Cherry on top, Samaya is at the point of her journey where she sees fitness beyond the physical, her workouts have become a way she takes care of her self, gets mental clarity, prepare herself for the New Day.

Once again! Happy Birthday #weekend killer ! 💪🏾✌🏾
