Instructor Biggs, 80s Fitness Edition
✨📸🔊💪🏾

Coming upon a full year of being a Senior Fitness Instructor, plus a full 3 years of Fitness Instructing overall, has truly been eye-opening. Such a blessing and oh so bittersweet.

After losing a special older soul, my father, life motivated me to turn pain into passion and to be a help to those who have come before me. 🙏🏾
