EC’26 — THE ROAD HOME 🚐🌴🔥

The conference may have ended Friday morning, but we still had a little more story left before we made it back to Mississippi.

After leaving Orlando, we headed to Ocala for lunch at one of Missy’s and my favorites — Big Lee’s Serious About BBQ @mybigleesbbq . Even better, owner and pitmaster Rashad Jones @rashadjonesbbq — a Food Network @foodnetwork favorite and two-time Bobby Flay beater — was there and took time to visit with us. Great food and even better hospitality. 🔥🍖

From there, we kept rolling west toward Panama City Beach, catching one of the prettiest sunsets of the whole trip as we came into town.

Supper was at another longtime favorite, J. Michael’s Restaurant — seafood, dollar bills everywhere, a giant gator, a shark, and apparently a photo opportunity around every corner. 😂🐟🌴

Saturday morning started out rainy, which made the Scotty Ray Report @scottyrayreport sighting especially appropriate. 😂 The weather started clearing as we left PCB, so we took the scenic route along the beach and through part of 30A before finally turning toward home.

We made one last stop in Daphne, Alabama for lunch at Mellow Mushroom @mellowmushroom and a fuel stop, then pointed the van toward Meridian.

And just when we thought we might have escaped the weather… about an hour from home, the bottom fell out. 🌧️

But the rain stopped just long enough for us to start unloading everybody before it cranked right back up.

TGBG! 🙌

Looking back through these pictures, I’m reminded that some of the best memories of a trip happen after the main event is over — around tables, on the road, laughing at ridiculous photo ops, watching sunsets through a windshield, and just enjoying the people God has allowed you to serve alongside.

What a week.
What a trip.
What a team.

And now… Experience Conference @experienceconference 2026 really is in the books. ❤️

Recap of @thelipbar Summer Cookout Series without trending audio…👀

Houston brought the heat, as expected, on the first day of summer!

Games were on deck, DJ was doing his thing, and the girls were OUTSIDE!

The vibes were nostalgic especially when they brought out the double Dutch ropes! I was rusty, 🤭but it took me back to middle school.

Thanks for unlocking core memories @thelipbar 💋💄

Signed,

A day one customer.
