A beautiful morning of Pilates, community, and coming together for a cause that means so much. 💗

Our Breast Cancer Awareness class was truly special, and we are so grateful to everyone who showed up, donated, supported, and helped make the morning so meaningful. There is something incredibly powerful about coming together as a community and using what we love to make a difference.

We will continue accepting donations for @bcrfcure at all three of our Club Pilates studios through October 31st. 🎀

Every $10 donation gets you entered into our raffle for some amazing Pilates prizes!

Thank you for helping us support a cause that touches so many lives. Together, every donation, every class, and every act of support makes an impact. 💗

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month, and show support to everyone whose life has been touched by this disease. Today, we were reminded of the importance of awareness, education, and action. Regular screenings, knowing your body, and discussing your personal risk with a healthcare professional can make a difference. Early detection remains one of our most powerful tools in the fight against breast cancer.

Today, we honored survivors whose courage inspires us, stood with those currently undergoing treatment, and remembered those we have lost.

Again, Thank you for taking the time out today day to show your support. Together, we all made a difference. Thank you @clubpilatesmetuchen @clubpilateswoodbridgetownship @clubpilatespiscataway @jenna_fer_faz @ejaine1 for making this event possible. And a special shoutout to @pilatesbyivy and @lonnabarr for being my pilates models. I’m beyond grateful to be a part of such an amazing pilates community. @s_nav thank you for bringing your family and for taking photos 🩷🌸

Joseph Pilates preached that the key to remaining young & active was a flexible spine- if you know our member Ellen, you know she is a perfect example of this!💪

Happy 81st Birthday to our pilates queen, Ellen👑 she has been practicing pilates for over 20 years with our Master Trainer Gina & is truly amazing! Inspiring, fun, fashionable, & flexible-her form is near perfect 🙌
Ellen move's with ease & is such a joy to be around 🫶 We are so fortunate to have her in our CP Family! Today's 10:15 Restore had a post-class celebration for her birthday 🎂 (thank you Carolyn & Gina for the treats & champs 🍾)
