Lately, I’ve been focused on consistency and discipline. One of my favorite coaches has a simple mantra:

“Hard work pays off.”

Almost too simple—yet undeniably true.

Every day, we choose: growth or stagnation, wisdom or ignorance, struggle or bliss. And in that choice, life reveals its beauty.

I’ve been sharpening my hands, diving deep into my workouts and boxing, capturing the journey in reels. Jiu-Jitsu still calls to me—I miss it more than I can say—but for now, I’m enjoying the art of boxing.

And we back

Sorry for the wait, but I’ll be back making more content. I’m out here in Lake Tahoe, working on a project with a good friend of mine, and also learning a lot about boxing with a great coach. Life takes you to crazy places, and sometimes you have to take advantage of the opportunities given to you and thank God for them.

I’d like to thank everyone for the amazing support system I have especially my beautiful and supportive Wife @legoohead

Hi! I wanted to reach out on behalf of @gnarcyofficial . We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
