Only a month to go until we’re back in #ibiza and I’m indulging in hair of the dog in the form of a strawberry daiquiri. #pikesibiza #manumission #528

A couple of Hawks players represented Lincolnshire Arrows at the recent GB Masters tournamont in Cardiff, playing in the over 40s group. Great weekend and event. It was good to play with a mix of players from different Lincolnshire teams. With 2 wins from 4 games, not a bad start to Lincolnshires Masters program. @lincolnbasketball.co.uk

FAIR FcKiN play to @frankietinsley_talisman for completing that EPIC challenge a few weeks back 👏🏻🏆 I’ve a funny feeling there won’t be many weirdos out there to attempt that anytime soon…… @rossedgley “what you sayin’ cuz” 👀

For reference; me and @louisthrudark jumped in for the final 100m dash sprint finish 🏊‍♂️ 💨

Throughout the @talismantriathlon friends joined in with different sections of the challenge to help and support Frankie. It was incredible to witness the effect this can have when someone is really struggling, and it’s also an poignant metaphor for the whole reasoning and purpose behind the Talisman. 🖤
