Athlete and Client Highlights #1 1. Audrey Munoz is one of the newer young talents Ive been working with. She’s a softball kid with a disciplined mindset. She was interested in wanting to get stronger through sport-specific movements and overall in general. This is her first time squatting with no clue whatsoever, so I taught her from scratch, and she didn’t do bad at all! There’s still some improvements we can make; however, this is a win in itself for her first time! 2. Andrew Nguyen has been with me for a since 2023, and now he’s back with me for this next run! We’re focusing more on building up volume and hypertrophy across his SBD. We’ll gradually scale as he’s about to finish his first block back. 3. Minh Nguyen is one of my closest friends. Knowing the type of program he was running had high ass frequency, we’re programming him under an undulated periodization that could serve better not only for his recovery, but for his time as well, as he is one smart cat working as a chemist 🤓 4. Fares Hassouneh is one of my more recent clients Ive been working with. His goal is to slim down to 176-178 lbs and get stronger and mobile overall to prepare for the olympic qualifiers for Tae Kwon Do! This is a huge deal for him, and he’s been showing how his dedication. We’ll make more progress later on knowing his discipline! 5. Ty Weaver has been with me for a minute now. He broke his leg a while back and has had multiple sessions of physical therapy. When his parents got referred to me, I wanted to take upon that challenge and work with someone like Ty — and boy what a honor it is to see his growth. Being able to see him from barely moving at all to walking on his own while dragging a 45 lb sled is simply amazing. With only just 7-8 months of work. 6. Brayden Benedetti is a lacrosse player who is one not to be trifled with. He came to me wanting to gain more muscle mass and get stronger to where I had him run a powerlifting program. He responded really well these last 2 months and had informed me that he had improved his in-body score from being a 73 to 78. Great stuff g 🫡 Obviously, theres more, however, my caption will get too long 🥲. Happy Valentines Day ❤️

March update: Nothing crazy just coming back from a 5-6 month hiatus from powerlifting(maintained strength really fking well) still doing national just for the boys and for the fun/experience know from where I’m at, I’m not gonna place just have my mind set for other goals that will be beneficial for my long term life. after nats gonna really retire lol have better and bigger goals…(pulled some Tom Brady shit haha)will always love this sport want to do my NASM and coach too S: 402x2 Booty bench: 205x3(TnG) D: 455x3 w/ DL bar P.S don’t try studying at the gym” put thoses away nerd” 😂

Road to Nationals Episode 5: Da Zyzz Pose Took a week deload off to recover after that 585 PR pull from 2 weeks ago. Kinda feelin tight on my left side of my lumbar region. Probably gonna have to skip the rest of deadlifts this week. So pretty much, no deadlifts videos for this weeks episode 😔Bench however was feeling amazing. First powerlift meet Weighed @67.2kgs/148.1lbs I would like to thank @anthony_sugar and @isaac_k_lee for handing me for my first powerlift meet. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to hit my numbers. Before coming into my meet I told myself that I would quit powerlifting because it take a toll of my body, but after the whole experience it makes me want to run this shit back.
