I am so thankful for the example my father Calvin and mother Eunice demonstrated daily for my sister Libra and I. Murphy men have a standard. Our Faith is our foundation. My dad and my Uncle Herman have been pillars in our family, their church and communities They had to grow up fast. My father was the oldest of five siblings at the age of the tender age of 14. My grandfather suddenly passed away. Drowning was the cause of death. My grandmother Ada was suddenly left to be responsible for two sons and three daughters in the late 50s when Black Americans(particularly in Anniston, Alabama-Freedom Riders) and other deep south cities had minimal opportunities to provide financially for themselves and their families. One thing about Murphy men, we are going to stay by, pray for and unconditionally love our family.. the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has always kept us and covered us. Generation prayers and standing on Faith has covered our Murphy men through the seasons and storms of life. But God. I am a Murphy Man. Son of Calvin and Eunice. Brother of Libra. This is my birthright. #ihavespoken #thisistheway #mandalorian #threebloodclotslater #psalm1

What does athletic development mean? “The systematic, sequential and progressive development of all athletic qualities in an integrated manner to develop the complete athlete. It incorporates a balanced development of all components of physical performance: strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and flexibility” — Vern Gambetta.Dec 29, 2017 What is the athlete development model?(ADM) The model promotes motor and skill development as well as health and fitness, while preparing athletes for competition at all levels. The ADM is based on a progression from sport fundamentals to learning to train to training to compete. “Learning how to train must occur before an athlete is capable of training to compete.”-Coach Murphy #cometrainwithus #weknowathletes #thisiswhywegoata #psychologyofcoaching #loadthebow #cornerandrelease #cm7sparq
