⭐️ 2026 Eastern Conference All-Star! ⭐️

I could say this is a dream come true, but that wouldn’t be true because I could never even had dreamt for this.

God has been so faithful to me through every high and low. He has guided every step of my life, even when I couldn’t see where He was taking me, all for His glory and my good.

I remember watching @unitedgridleague as a young teen, dreaming of one day stepping onto the Grid. That was the dream… to even make a team. When I first really started taking actionable steps toward that dream in January (with a little nudge from @thiccboi.fit), making a team was the goal. Then the dream came true and I made one, and everything that has happened since has just been the cherry on top. This season has given me so much more than I ever could have imagined or prayed for.

I’m thankful for my team @thesouthbeachpalms and its leadership @bryleighhansen... for taking a chance on a (at the time) 20 year old kid and believing in me. I’m hyped for my fellow All-Star Palms @samsecord69kg / @koryhendon199 / @_chino.clips. And I’m grateful to be selected alongside some insane and incredible athletes league wide @unitedgridleague. It is an honor I do not take lightly.

What a fun weekend getting the opportunity to compete at the @bigorangebrawl my 3rd individual competition in my 5 years of CrossFit and I’ve definitely gotten so much better and it’s always great to see but as always there is room for improvement that the competition exposes but that’s what keeps you motivated for more. Thank you @cfcourageous for putting on such a great event I had a great time. Thank you to all @crossfitpistolcreek for showing support for me and the other athletes competing. This CrossFit journey has been so much fun and I look forward to working and enjoying the journey and getting 1% Better Everyday. 💪🏽💯🫡

The 2026 Big Orange Brawl at CrossFit Courageous in Knoxville, Tennessee was everything a competition should be: hard workouts, loud cheers, tight races, and a team that refused to let up.

1st Place. RX Coed. 🥇

But the podium is only part of the story.

The hours of training.
The early mornings.
