Scripture says:

“Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”
— Galatians 6:2

Last night was nothing short of incredible.

When men are given a safe place to speak truth without interruption, healing begins.

Executives, Entertainers, Producers, and Fortune 500 leaders came together in a private room for Iron Sharpeneth Iron—a space where men spoke honestly about life, mental health, pressure, marriage, and responsibility.

Men are usually taught to hide—pressure, marriage, loss, responsibility, and mental health.

“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.”
— Proverbs 11:14
Last night was proof of that safety.

There were no cameras, no performances, and no egos. Just truth.

Men opened up about struggles they’ve carried for years.

Some marriages found new hope.

Some relationships were restored.

And many men walked out lighter than they walked in, because the pressure they’ve been carrying finally had somewhere to go.

Mental health is real. And strong men talking to strong men about it is even more powerful.

Because when a man is finally given the space to speak honestly—without judgment and without interruption—something inside him begins to heal.

I’m grateful to every brother who showed up with courage and honesty. You helped create something that mattered.

For the men who couldn’t make it—we waited for you.

And we’ll be ready for you next time.

And for those who want to be part of the next gathering, understand this: these rooms are private, intentional, and filled with upper-echelon men committed to growth and accountability.

We’re not here for attention. We’re here to help souls.
More conversations are coming.

Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)
“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

Dr. Domonique Mitchell
