FROM ENTERING HIS SENIOR SEASON ➡️ ENTERING COLLEGE FOOTBALL 📈🏈

Sean O’Connell started training with me in early 2025 after earning All-District honors during the 2024 season.

Going into his senior year, our goal was to develop him into a stronger, faster and more explosive defensive lineman while maintaining the size he needed to be effective on the field.

Sean committed to the process, consistently training 2–3x per week throughout the offseason.

Here’s where Sean was heading into his 2025 senior season:

Vertical: 26.6”
Broad Jump: 8’4”
20-Yard Sprint: 3.33

Now look at where he is walking into college football:

Vertical: 32” 🔥
Broad Jump: 9’4” 🔥
20-Yard Sprint: 2.78 🔥
Box Jump: 52” 🔥

That’s a +5.4” vertical, + 12” broad jump, and 0.55 seconds off his 20-yard sprint.

And most importantly, the development showed up where it mattered.

2024 — All-District
2025 — All-District + Third Team All-State 🏆

During that process, Sean developed into a solid 240-pound defensive lineman, improving his strength, explosiveness, linear speed, agility and position-specific ability.

After his senior season, we changed the objective. Sean committed to his nutrition and leaned his body out while continuing to maintain and develop the strength, speed and explosiveness he had built.

Now he gets to put it all to use.

Sean reports to Grove City College to begin his college football career.

I’ve trained athletes who have gone on to play at the next level, but Sean is the first athlete I’ve had consistently train with me for this long and go through the entire process.

High school offseason ➡️ All-State senior season ➡️ college football.

This is what happens when an athlete buys into the process and stays consistent.

Proud of you, Sean.

Now go make some noise at the next level. 🏈💪🏾

A confident athlete is a prepared one.

How it’s started 😅

After Senior Seaon! Winter time grind!

Down 30lbs !

After 50 reps up the hill we finished with quick feet. I’m a psycho! 🤪

We learned my man had hidden stability issues in his feet s

Words can’t be described how much I will miss this team. Obviously this wasn’t the outcome we wanted but the culture we formed will live on forever. 2 years ago I didn’t know what my future held, through the surgeries on my knees and other problems, I didn’t know what my sport future held. Becoming a captain of Benedictine was a dream come true, and I thank all my teammates for embracing me as their captain. Thank you… 73 out #mob4life
