I found such a fun spot for your next DFW night out! ⛳️✨ #Sponsored

@bigshotsgolfftw is such a fun experience whether you’re a golfer or have absolutely NO golf experience! We had the best time playing the different interactive games, enjoying food + drinks right at our bay, and watching the targets light up once it got dark! 🌙

The light-up targets and laser show make it so much fun to visit after dark! It’s a great option for a night out with friends, date night, or a group outing in DFW! My family and I had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

$One of the hardest parts of life with EDS isn’t just the pain ❤️‍🩹 it’s the tug-of-war between what our hearts long to do and what our bodies will allow. Our hearts say yes to a sunny day on the golf course. Yes to movement, fresh air, laughter, and feeling strong. But our bodies? They often say no ✨ no to standing too long, no to repetitive motion, no to the twisting of joints that should be stable but aren’t. For many of us with EDS, swinging a golf club can mean subluxing a shoulder, triggering spinal instability, or causing days of fatigue and inflammation. Walking the course can lead to foot fractures, dislocations, or severe joint pain. Even gripping the club too tightly can cause small injuries or nerve pain. These are the unseen battles we face behind the scenes. But still ⛳️ I play. Carefully, modified, and with lots of pacing. Because sometimes the mental and emotional benefit of doing something you love is worth navigating the physical cost. I play because I refuse to let EDS take everything. If you’re navigating life with a chronic illness, I hope this reminds you that it’s okay to adapt, to move slower, to take breaks—but also to keep showing up for the things that light your soul on fire. #EDSAwareness #ChronicIllnessLife #ZebraStrong #StillSwinging #GolfWithEDS #PacingNotQuitting #ChronicIllnessWarrior #InvisibleIllnessAwareness #craniocervicalinstability #brainsurgery #spinalcordsurgery #chiarimalformation$
