Transparency: The current system is failing to recognize talent where it truly lies. It’s unacceptable that players like Jordan Carter (Fam U) Cameron Chesley ,(Bowie State,) Ian White (Howard U), Tahj Brighthaupt (West Alabama), Corintheus Edmonds (Fort Valley State) Loobert Denelus (Benedict College), Kamari Young (Fam U), Eric Smith (Fam U) and countless others are being overlooked due to lack of exposure, diversified recruitment, scouting and selection efforts.

Its also disturbing that not one HBCU player was drafted!! Something not right with those stats!

We have a duty to the sport, to the players, and to the fans to ensure that the game reflects the diverse talent pool it draws from. By overlooking these players, you’re depriving the league of potential stars.

It’s time to diversify recruitment efforts. Look beyond the traditional pipelines, the who know whos, and the well-known programs. Look for heart, determination, and raw talent wherever it may be found. Give every player, regardless of their background, location or alma mater, a fair chance to showcase their abilities on the biggest stage.

Let’s make the game truly inclusive and give every player a fair chance to shine. #DiversifyNFL #LevelUp #DoBetter #nflportal #letstalkaboutit #thegravediggerreport

As we get closer to the NFL Draft I had to post this video because this was a great group of men that I got a chance to work with. Totally different personalities which made it that much more fun to work with each one. This video gives a little insight on them from a football aspect. We’re missing a few guys!

Proud father, not only is he about to take a major step in his career and life, but most importantly, he graduated with honors in undergrad with a 3.6 GPA. And high grades in his master courses. @bigtahj_ 🤎🤎
