We tell our trainees in our Shooting Academy program all the time… “you can’t expect to be confident shooting the ball in a game if you’re not getting enough quality shots up in training”

Confidence comes from reps and seeing the ball go through the rim over and over again. That’s how you build supreme confidence. That’s how you develop shooter’s amnesia. Miss one? Cool. The next one is going in. 🎯🏀

A lot of players don’t need a new shot. They need to clean up the one they already have. 🎯🏀

That’s what we’ve been working on in our August Shooting Classes. Footwork. Balance. Shot prep. Hand placement. Getting to the same shot every time.

We use film so our trainees can actually see what we see, make the correction, and get the reps in. Season is getting closer. Now is the time to clean it up.

August Shooting Classes are underway. 🎯🏀

Come work on the details to improve your shooting…. balance, footwork, shot prep, consistency, and shooting the same shot every time.

We’ll break your shot down on film, make the small corrections, and get you ready before the season starts.

The best part of the day….me and the team talking basketball. We’re students of the game first. That’s how we stay ahead.
