I love you little people in my phone

Some words - well a lot of words sorry 😭 - on my life right now, and a whole lot of gratitude for those who have shown up in effort to make it a little bit of a better one. This is the most transparent I’ve ever EVER been publicly, but I think sharing my story and experience is really important because maybe someone reading this is going through something similar and they also have a hard time registering it as abuse. But it is. And I promise, you are not alone, and you never will be. You’ll be surprised by how many people want to see you be well, and how many more will do a little something to make sure of it.

My dms are always open for anyone who relates to this even a little. We quite literally only have each other in this world.

PS before I go.. not to be unserious about it but My Little Pony really was so right.
