Second half at Hearts of Pine in Portland, where the match tightens and the energy rises with every minute. ⚽🌇 As the sun drops, the voices get louder, flags lift higher, and the pace on the field matches the crowd. A late goal breaks it open, smoke drifts, and the place erupts. One of those moments that sticks long after the final whistle.

Love meeting former and current players and their families! Community building is the name of the game and one love ❤️ Also being able to connect with players and coaches from Ghana 🇬🇭 even when they play for the opposition is always a good time! After all, we are all here representing and doing our part! We joined the Hearts of Pine band for “something fun to do” and now we:
• own scarves for emotional support

• check weather reports strictly for “trumpet survivability”

• have permanent hearing damage

• scream chants with the conviction of medieval warriors

• and travel in a pack of feral band kids disguised as adults 🎺💚🌲

Honestly not sure when these people became family, (BEYOND GRATEFUL 🥹)
but now our entire personality is yelling at soccer games and carrying instruments around Portland.

10/10 life decision.
Would absolutely lose our voices again this weekend. ♥️ of 🌲
