Somewhere between doing the most and forgetting to take pictures. Here’s what made the camera roll 📸 We launched our first video campaign “Heatwave” with @barefootfilmhouse !! 🔥🌞 Got groovy with some mocktails at Aviator nation with Ace Access 🤌🏽💙🧡💛🤎 Got to spend a 100 degree day at the the pool with the best girls ever (and the cutest kinis ever ofc) Those mocktails came in handy 🥵🌞 we love the GAMMA PHI BETA girlies Who knew a fish tank and a pasta strainer would be so helpful?? Filmed our first hero product campaign videos as well! The creative juices (and fruit juices) were flowwwingggg MAMA WE MADE IT TO NYC!! We just hit the shelves of the one and only @popup.grocer !!! This is big news for our little brand 🍎🍏💛 tag us if you see us in the shop! Launched our Ambassador Program!! We are so excited for this one and are still looking for more people, so if you love being hydrated and want to be apart of our journey to blow up apply in our bio! Portugal and Pilates? The perfect combination! We got to enjoy Morning Light in person, we did a sweet demo, gave each girl her own bottle to stay hydrated with for the week, and went on a fun hike in a cork forest!!! Did you know that Portugal produces over 50% of the world’s cork? 🍾 I meannn….. when in Europe you gotta make the most out of it right?! We had so much fun exploring a new country can you tell? Hahaha 🤪 And voilà, we made it to France 🇫🇷! Nothing like Morning Light to go with your espresso ☕️ 🤎 Petition for all events to have a hyper specific theme 📝 The girls needed a Pink Lemonade Pilates event and @aceaccesss delivered 💗💛🍋 We love supporting Faith and Wellness! Definitely was a journey 🥲 carrying everything in the sand… but the girls, the mocktails, the community, and the worship music made it all worth it! 🫶🏽🫶🏽 Who doesn’t love Pilates with a view? Matcha (on ice) and Morning Light… a match made in heaven 💛💛 plus this hotel is always a stunner 💗💗

#whygphiwednesday with @siennadhariwal 🌞 Joining GPHI has been the best decision!! When I walked into a room full of gphi’s, I immediately felt empowered by such genuine humans. The connections and friendships I have cultivated in the past few months are so strong and I know will last a lifetime. Gphi is an inclusive and welcoming environment that feels like home. Each person in Gphi I talk to is truly the sun in human form. I joined Gphi because of the radiating smiles, contagious laughs and warm hearts. Everyday because of Gphi I am immensely filled with joy as these girls have truly been there for me at any moment. Gphi also brought me my amazing family @abbyjwebber and @hailey.elisabeth07. Whether it is modeling for my swimwear brand, driving me to the airport, coming to my yoga classes, giving me a big hug or having the best conversations, a gphi girl has uplifted me to achieve my highest potential. I am so grateful for all the amazing laughs, love and lifelong memories gamma phi beta has given me. Love, Sienna Dhariwal <3 Go check out Sienna’s incredible swim brand @bikiniblend 🩵
